"Hey folks, just thought I'd pass along the news that Kodak has announced a new version of its über-cool little camera, the new v705. This camera is a higher resolution version of the very popular v570. The major difference is an increase from 5 megapixels to 7 megapixels.
The size is the same but weight has increased from 165g (5.8 oz) to 175g (6.2 oz) - no big deal. It has the same dual lens set-up as the v570 (fixed 23mm + 39-117mm zoom), though I hear there are minor improvements to the "engine" which should result in a *slightly* better image - in theory... shouldn't be *worse* anyway...
